FOR 5 LBS OF MEAT—Use enough water to cover meat. Adjust per meat size and weight.
1/3 CUP HOLLIDAYS HERBED BRINE
4 CUPS WATER (DIVIDED)
1 CUP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
