SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Roaring Fork Spice Co, we want your online experience to be simple and enjoyable. To ensure your experience is successful, we have implemented an ordering, shipping and payment process to make it easy and convenient.

Unfortunately shipping is a necessary evil for online commerce. For our products, and based on the average size order we receive, we chose USPS Priority Mail to ship all orders as it is the most economical solution. Below is an outline that explains our shipping rates. All rates are based on how much product we can fit into a #10 envelope and USPS supplied boxes:

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $75 EVERY DAY!

Shipping Level 1: $1.50 for 1-3 sample bags (shipped in a standard #10 envelope)

Shipping Level 2: $7.00 for 1-4 glass jars. The number of sample bags that can fit in this box with jars varies depending on the number of jars (shipped in a USPS supplied Small Flat Rate box)

Shipping Level 3: $14.00 for 5+ glass jars. The number of sample bags that can fit in this box with jars varies depending on the number of jars (shipped in a USPS supplied Medium Flat Rate box)

NOTE: We state 5+ jars in Shipping Level 3 because our product prices vary. For instance, 8 jars of Aztec would not qualify for FREE shipping. But 8 jars of Kalahari Cocoa would.

*Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays; any orders placed during these times will be processed the next business day.

**Please also note that transit times are guaranteed by the courier only.

Back Orders 
In the event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the available portion of your order immediately, and ship the balance when available.

All food sales are final. We apologize, but we cannot accept returns.

Roaring Fork Spice Co. will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged during transit. To make sure you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.

Roaring Fork Spice Co. cannot be responsible or lost/stolen packages, delays in shipping due to weather conditions, customs, incorrect shipping addresses, or missing shipping information.
