INGREDIENTS:
1 BUNCH Asparagus—cut and plunge washed
1/2 CUP water
3 TBSP Olive or Avocado oil
1 TBSP Tamari
1/2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
2 TSP Citron Salt & Pepper Blend
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven 400°.
2.Combine above ingredients in a Ziplock bag and mix well by shaking and squeezing. In refrigerator, lay bag flat, spreading asparagus out evenly and marinade for 15 mins.
3. Spread asparagus evenly on oiled cookie sheet.
4. Roast for 25-30 mins (depending on thickness).
